CHEMTAN® R-108 | A small particle size polymer which can be used in a wide range of leathers from soft glove and nappa to firm shoe upper type. It plumps up the leather and selectively fills the flanks and empty areas. It gives outstanding lightfastness to the leathers when used in combination with other carefully chosen chemicals. CHEMTAN® R-129F | A polymer dispersion for in-drum application for filling, and tightenng split suede, ovine, and bovine particularly in the belly and the flanks. For grain tightening and filling applied at a 1-3% level before neutralization following a brief run with a mineral tan. For improved buffing 2-3 % CHEMTAN® R-129F can be used at the end of the retan after Formic Acid in a fresh bath. This is a highly concentrated product at 55%, with a pH of 4.5, and a nonionic charge.
